Here at The Kiln Equestrian Centre, we are well equipped with indoor and outdoor arenas for tuition and training, including an Olympic size indoor riding arena. Lessons are delivered by experienced, friendly instructors, with professional quality tuition for riders at all stages.
As a Pony Club Centre with British Horse Society accredited staff, we offer structured training across disciplines including dressage, show jumping and cross country, whether for confidence building, competition, or British Horse Society examinations.
We also run pony weeks and school holiday riding, adult riding holidays, and monthly Bronze, Silver and Gold riding packages.
Lessons are led by BHS AI Int’l Angela Macleod, supported by BHS Stage 1V Alanna Macleod-Andrew, alongside an experienced and friendly instructional team. We operate seven days a week and deliver consistently high standards of professional tuition.
Safety, Assessment and Welfare
Riding, like all equestrian activities, carries inherent risks and horses can be unpredictable. At The Kiln Equestrian Centre, we carefully manage those risks through the use of well schooled horses and experienced, attentive instruction.
All riders are assessed during their first lesson to ensure they are matched appropriately with a suitable horse and lesson level. This helps us provide a safe, supportive and productive learning environment from the outset.
Rider safety and horse welfare are always our priority. If at any time you feel uncertain or lack confidence, please speak to your instructor, who will be happy to assist.
For your safety, we ask that you inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries or concerns so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
